it's perfect base for sightseeing and exploring waltham. the idea to include a microwave oven and a fridge in the deluxe king suite was nice. loved the food at their on-site restaurant the grille at hobbs brook. in addition, private parking was available as well as high speed internet access.

Really enjoyed rooms and breakfast, nothing to complain about.
Everything about the love hotel was amazing. Our room was good sized. There is Jimmy John's serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the venue. Easy to get to, 15 minutes' walk to prospect hill park: D

Very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast could be better arranged, a buffet service may be!!?? I also think the room for breakfast is too crowded.
-
1. the room was situated next to a room that was in renovation. very noisy at 8:15 am. 2. One of the telephones did not work. Luckily there were 2 phones. 3. the breakfast was excellant but you should be checking room numbers as people walk in. there were some outsiders who got breakfast free.

What I liked the most about this hotel is the sympathy we received, we were staying at the Best Western about a block away and had to leave because our bed had bed bugs. The front desk attendant at the Embassy was very helpful and responsive to our concerns. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Waltham, ma area. I will continue to lodge at this hotel as often as possible.

Surprised by how large the room was.
I wish the tub was bigger but not a complaint. The interior in the hotel room hallways felt dated.
-
I liked the location, the price was fair and the fact that there was access to laundry facilities. The free parking was a bonus
The cleanliness in the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The faucets were never wiped down,no garbage bags most of the time in the waste paper baskets. The supplies in the kitchenette were hardly replaced

Rooms are great as well as services. Had the feeling that I was in a good "All inclusive" resort.
-
The hotel is designed with a huge atrium. Very pretty until a very loud reception was booked until late Saturday night. The noise was horrendous and echoed up to the 5th floor, where we stayed. No sleep! The "auto controlled" ac did not work. So did not sleep well Friday night either. I needed a vacation after staying here.

Fabulous facility
Located a bit too far away for walking to town etc.
-
Spacious room.
Not conveniently located from Boston.
-
Love the suite idea - one bedroom with a pull out couch, and the breakfast buffet.
-
Everything was excellent specially the buffet breakfast.
-
Friendly, courteous service people, clean facilities, comfortable.
We had to cancel our 2nd day due to an upcoming storm at home, but the room was pre-paid and we could not get either a partial refund (we would understand not a full one) nor a discount on a future stay. Not a complaint, but it seemed there must have been some benefit for staying at least one of the reserved nights.

All furniture (bed, sofa, desk chair) was very comfortable.
Internet was not free. Check-in was not easy. Clerk had our reservation confused with someone else's. Still haven't gotten a receipt for the stay. Was told it would come on line.
