The hotel was clean and wonderful relaxing, had super friendly staff and new-fashioned rooms. The breakfast was large and delicious there. The location was great and comfortable - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, the area was good. It took only 15 minutes to walk to 40 Second Ave Par Center bus stop.

The view was nice, the breakfast was healthy, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. the location was marvelous - close to the Market Basket store, Cambridge, and Medford areas. Just a short walk away from the hotel is the Local, where we enjoyed a drink or two.

It's a perfect base for sightseeing and exploring Waltham. The inclusion of a microwave oven and a fridge in the deluxe king suite is a nice touch. I loved the food at their on-site restaurant, The Grille at Hobbs Brook. Private parking is available. High-speed internet access is also provided.
